With little more than a scrap of information leading them, Shiva and Isha set off to prevent the villains from achieving their goal-and the two dive deep into the long-lost world of the Brahmānsh along the way. Shiva doesn’t exactly know why, but he feels like he needs to intervene somehow.Īs Shiva soon discovers, those torturers are searching for something-pieces of a broken stone which, once combined, create the world-ending brahmāstra. Unfortunately for Shiva, their romcom-esque meet-cute is cut short by Shiva’s sudden, intense visions of a man being tortured for information. And fortunately for Shiva, she spots him back and has same reaction. As Shiva (a regular guy, not the Hindu god of destruction) DJs for a Diwali festival, he spots a young woman named Isha in the crowd. ![]() But through the course of thousands of years, society largely forgot about the astra and the Brahmānsh.īut let’s jump to our modern day. Having collected these weapons, the sages banded together to protect the brahmāstra and the other weapons, calling themselves the Brahmānsh. In fact, it was capable of destroying the whole world. However, one of these fabled weapons, called the brahmāstra, was very dangerous. And the gods gave them a group of magical elemental weapons called astras in response to their devotion. There are many legends explaining how the sword lost it’s tip, one says that Tristan left the tip in the Skull of Morholt, another claims an angel broke it off to stop the killing of the son of Charlemagne.Long ago, a group of sages meditated in the Himalayas. The point of the sword has been broken off, this symbolizes mercy. It’s now one of the Crown Jewels of the United Kingdom. The Sword of Mercy, also known as Curtana, used to belong to Tristan, a legendary knight of the round table. Masamune’s was the finer sword because it only cut leaves, where as Muramasa’s blade was evil and would cut anything it touched. Masamune’s blade only cut the leaves, and left the fish and air alone. Masamune then lowered his sword, “Tender Hands” into the stream. Muramasa’s sword called, “called 10,000 Cold Nights”, cut everything it touched, leaves, fish, and even the air. The test was for each of them to put their swords in a small creek with the blade facing the current. They worked tirelessly on swords, and then put them to the test. Masamune is said to have been challenged by his pupil Muramasa to see who could create the superior blade. He made most of his swords in the 13th and 14th century. His swords are said to be of the highest quality, but are almost impossible to find.
